How to check account balance?
Registered users can easily check their account balance on the website and in the SYNOTtip mobile app. However, it is currently available only for Android users. On the website, the account balance is displayed immediately after logging in on the main page under the top bar next to their name. In the mobile app, the account balance is displayed after logging in and clicking on the profile icon. They will always see the information about the balance of three accounts:
- I-ACCOUNT: intended for online betting on the website or in the mobile app
- H-ACCOUNT: this account is intended for betting at the company’s branches
- B-ACCOUNT: shows the number of loyalty points
Players can deposit money into I-ACCOUNT or H-ACCOUNT and transfer between them. However, these transfers are subject to a limit of €200 per 24 hours. At the same time, money from winnings is credited to these accounts and deducted for game deposits or fee payments.
How to withdraw money from the account?
Players registered on the SYNOTtip platform have only two options to withdraw their money from the account, in cash or by bank transfer. They can withdraw in this way only from the account to which this withdrawal method is linked. It is therefore not possible to withdraw money from I-ACCOUNT at a branch and vice versa. However, they can transfer any amount between these accounts up to a maximum limit of €200 per day.
Bank transfer
For all online players, a cashless withdrawal of funds is available via bank transfer. The money is transferred to their bank account within a few business days after submitting the transfer request. However, the minimum amount that can be withdrawn in this way is €5, and there is no maximum withdrawal limit. After submission, the transaction is usually processed within 1-4 business days depending on the bank, which may also charge a transaction fee for gambling transactions.
At the branch
Registered players who want to withdraw their money in cash will withdraw from H-ACCOUNT. In the Czech Republic, SYNOTtip has several establishments that also serve as casinos or gaming rooms. Simply visit any of them and follow the instructions to identify yourself to the staff and state the exact amount you want to withdraw from your account. The same rule applies that for withdrawing from I-ACCOUNT, the money must first be transferred to H-ACCOUNT. Classic SYNOTtip branches where you could bet are no longer available. All betting-related services have moved online.

- In the new window fill in the exact amount you want to withdraw from the account.
- Confirm the request for withdrawal by re-entering your login details (username and password).
- Submit the request for withdrawal by clicking the “Submit” button.
The transfer of money between I-ACCOUNT and H-ACCOUNT works in the same way, only with the difference that in the menu that appears after clicking on “My Account“, players select the option “Transfer between accounts“.

In addition to transfers between H-ACCOUNT and I-ACCOUNT, players can transfer their money only to a bank account in their name. The same conditions apply for deposits to I-ACCOUNT.
