Bet on your lucky date and play for up to 1 million crowns every day. However, the winnings are waiting for you in seven winning orders.
With the Šťastné datum lottery, you have a chance to win up to €40,000 every day
As the name suggests, in the number lottery Happy date from Sazka, players choose numbers to form a date. You can bet on a favorite or historic date or make a completely random selection. The top prize of €40,000 awaits one lucky winner. You can place your bet either at sales points with a Sazka terminal, or online on the website or via the Sazka mobile app. With a subscription, your ticket remains valid for up to 7 consecutive draws.
In this lottery, players select three numbers. First a number for the day, then the month, and finally the last two digits of the year. The game allows you to place either a lower bet of €2 or a higher one of €4. The number of correctly guessed digits determines the multiplier applied to your base stake. If you don’t want to choose your numbers manually, you can use the random selection option to have them automatically generated.
Šťastné datum is drawn every day including weekends and public holidays in the evening between 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM via a
random number generator. Players have until 8:00 PM to place their final bet. Any bets made just seconds after the deadline are automatically entered into the next round. Without a subscription, your ticket is valid only for the selected draw. With a subscription, however, it can remain active for up to a full week.

The exact amount of winnings depends on how many and which numbers the player guessed correctly. Based on this, they are awarded one of seven prize multipliers which increase the base bet. To win the top prize, they must correctly guess the day, month, and year. In that case, their bet is multiplied by 10,000, which with a €4 stake results in a €40,000 win. The lowest prize is awarded for guessing at least the month, as shown in the table below.
Prize tier | What the player guessed* | Multiplier |
1. | D + M + Y | x 10,000 |
2. | D + Y | x 200 |
3. | M + Y | x 50 |
4. | D + M | x 20 |
5. | Y | x 6 |
6. | D | x 2 |
7. | M | x 1 |
*(D – day, M – month, Y – year)
Just like in other lotteries, there is no exact method or strategy to guarantee a win. However, for interested players, Sazka publishes the history of drawn numbers, allowing them to create their own analysis of the most and least frequently drawn numbers. The odds of correctly guessing all numbers, based on the total number of combinations, is only 1 in 8.2. It doesn’t matter whether players choose the Horoscope or Astronomical Clock options, as these are simply different graphic versions of the ticket—drawn numbers apply equally to both.
Players can find out whether they’ve won almost immediately after the draw ends on the Sazka website or via the mobile app. They can also visit any Sazka sales location, where staff can check their submitted ticket. All it takes is handing over the bet confirmation.
The way you collect your winnings depends on whether the ticket was submitted online or in person. In the first case, players can collect cash winnings up to €200 within 24 hours at any branch, and at selected locations they can have non-cash winnings up to €20,000 per week transferred. Winnings over €20,000 are automatically credited to the player’s account, from which they can be transferred to a bank account at any time.
Players who placed their bet at a branch can collect their winnings of up to €40 at any Sazka sales location. Winnings up to €2,000 are paid out in cash at selected branches and Sazka points of sale, but only after prior arrangement. Winnings up to €10,000 are paid only via bank transfer at selected locations. For larger amounts, players must first contact Sazka headquarters by phone to arrange the date and method of collection.
